Reviewed Honey Drop Biscuits

"I'm not entirely sure what people are complaining about. These are DROP BISCUITS - they are not supposed to be like fluffy biscuits you bake from a can and they aren't supposed to "come together" like a smooth batter. I followed the recipe almost completely and had no problems with portions of ingredients, I added a tad bit of honey just to make it a little sweeter. These drop biscuits turned out amazing!

Reviewed Honeyed Mango and Chicken Saute with Toasted Cashews

"I concur with other reviewers - the chicken is a little bland. More honey would've helped. I also added some brown sugar near the end to sweeten it up a bit more. There is WAY TOO MUCH salt called for in the rice. It's almost inedible. I'd advise less salt in the rice - the oil and sesame seeds help a little bit but not a great deal.

Reviewed Sage Butter Macaroni and Four Cheese

"I'm not entirely sure what others are complaining about. I followed the recipe almost to a T (I had to use a 13x9 baking dish and subbed part of the parmigiano-reggiano for a parmesan trio, I also eyeballed the cheese amounts) and had absolutely no trouble whatsoever. I melted the cheeses in slowly on a low heat and everything came together perfectly. It tastes amazing and was really easy to make. I do agree it's a bit on the spendy side but well worth it.
