This recipe is great! After reading several reviews, I skipped the house seasoning (to eliminate a little salt), and I added an egg. I also didn't have bread in my house, so I skipped that part too! I used 85/15 organic beef, and it wasn't greasy at all. I did have to cook my meatloaf for an hour though to get the internal temperature to 160F....
