Reviewed Cheeseburger Meatloaf and Sauce
"This recipe is great! After reading several reviews, I skipped the house seasoning (to eliminate a little salt), and I added an egg. I also didn't have bread in my house, so I skipped that part too! I used 85/15 organic beef, and it wasn't greasy at all. I did have to cook my meatloaf for an hour though to get the internal temperature to 160F. But it was moist and delicious and worth the wait! Oh, and this recipe makes a ton of sauce, so next time I will prepare some steamed broccoli or similar veggie to dip into the sauce. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
