"I loved this recipe and I used ALL the sugar. It was a sweet recipe but was met w/ the heat equally. I thought it was perfect and wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Neelys! I love watching you two cook and your relationship in the kitchen is endearing and so fun to watch. Keep cooking for us! :-)""

About Me

My name is Michele. I have had a love affair with food and cooking since I was a little girl. I have always enjoyed watching chefs on television and then taking their ideas and using them in a way that was applicable to my life and available ingredients. I am a student nurse and a cook at heart. I love to see friends and family YUMMMMM when eating a meal or dish I have prepared. This all being said...Food Network is a passion of mine...even more an addiction I entertain regularly!

Favorite Foods

Changes all the time, so I will just say that MEXICAN food is my ABSOLUTE fav and I am not very good at cooking it, but I have the eating part DOWN!
