The only thing we did different was use boneless chicken breast so maybe thats why, but I would not recommend this anyway. "These are AMAZING! They aren't visually appealing but they're so moist and yummy that it doesn't matter. I made them in paper cups so they would come out easier and then put the icing just on the top. If you do it that way then you're going to want to half the recipe for the glaze. Everyone who ate these loved them and they are very addicting. I'd recommend this recipe to anyone.
