"Way more food than we could eat. I would half the stuffing and slice the chops and serve "planked" style so that there is better self portion control. The flavors were great. I added some fresh basil and used fresh thyme. Very tasty."

"I left off the bacon and crumbs. My 15 year old grandson, mac and cheese maven, said this was the best thing he had ever had in his mouth. My work here on earth is done! Watch the salt as the cheese is very salty. I also used quinoa gluten free mac for the intolerant in our house. No one really noticed. "
