Reviewed Mexican Rice Pudding (Arroz Con Leche)

I used just 4 cups of water and boiled until there was almost no water left. That way you get to use the rice starch to thicken it.
It turned out great.
And raisins in Arroz con Leche are as authentically Mexican as can be
