I typically use a dry pinot grigio. It has a nice light and crisp flavor.

These are great. They taste very close to the canned stuff, but 100 times fresher. For those complaining about the runny-ness of the sauce only use 1 cup of tomato sauce. I thought it was the perfect amount. Next time will cut back on the sugar a tad bit, but other than that this is a great recipe."

This casserole is exactly what you would expect. Good comfort food. You can change up the veggies, the meat and pasta and have something different each time. I made it with ground beef, broccoli and elbow pasta. This is a keeper. The hubby and kid loved it and the leftovers the next day were yummy."

Hands down the best pasta salad I have ever tasted. It could be the cup and a half of parm, but who cares. You can use this as a base and make your own creation. I used all of the artichokes in the pesto. Also, I used pine nuts rather than walnuts because I had them on hand. I added some english cucumber too. Delicious! Thank you, Giada."

These are perfect as the recipe is written or you can add different cheeses and it all works well. For Christimas dinner I used parm and sharp cheddar and they were a huge hit. A few months back I used parm and provolone. Or just use the parm. Delicious.""

Like many others, my patties didn't hold together very well. I managed to get most of it on a plate before they broke apart, but after tasting them that did not matter. The gravy is fantasic. I will make this again and even just make the gravy. I served over mashed potatoes. A good comfort food meal.""

Made this for Easter dinner and they were a huge hit. I added more cheddar because you can never have too much cheese! Thanks Anne. These are awesome."

This was really good, but I agree with another reviewer that it was missing something. I followed the recipe exactly, but also added about a 1/2 cup of parm cheese and 3 cloves of garlic. I will make this again because the flavor is good, but next time I will try 1 and 1/2 pounds of ground chuck mixed with one pound of pork sausage. "

Wow! This was a huge hit. I made this last night and my husband was licking his bowl. Didn't change anything in Giada's recipe except I also added a half pound of cods filets that I cubed in at the time you add the shrimp. We live in the SF area and traditional cioppino also has some sort of white fish. It was fantasic. Figure friendly too!...

I enjoyed this soup very much. One small adjustment I made is I watched Tyler make it on TV and I am positive that he used 2 - 15 oz cans of beans and not 2 - 28 oz of beans. I used 2 - 15 oz cans and it was the perfect amount. Thanks as always, Tyler.

Delicious! I added more garlic, but otherwise a perfect dish. This will be a go to pasta dish from now on.
