This has to be my favorite of all Ellie Krieger recipes. It has become a regular on the menu rotation and no one misses the fact that it is not fried in oil. I did add a little garlic powder in the flour as well as the breadcrumbs, but otherwise I follow the recipe as it is. I would highly recommend trying this recipe at least once."

Very good meatloaf! I'm becoming a big fan of using turkey instead of beef in meatloaf. This one turned out very moist. The balsamic glaze is excellent and the overall taste is very nice. I think I will take the previous posters advice and add some diced onion next time, it just seemed wrong to have meatloaf and no onion :) I would recommend starting...

This recipe is so flavorful! From reading other reviews I doubled the sauce and did half white wine and half chicken stock. I also added some yellow & orange pepper with the red since I had it on hand (made it look more colorful). Paired it with some gnocchi, garlic bread and salad. Everyone in the family loved it.
