I wasn't sure if I should make this recipe or not after reading some of the reviews. It seemed people either loved it or thought it was bland and a waste of time; I'm glad I made this recipe, it was delicious.

I would recommend using plenty of roasted garlic for the sauce, I doubled the amount the recipe called for and was glad...

I'm not going to go into too much detail here, but this recipe is simply excellent. If you are worrying about the red onion being too strong, don't be, the vinegar mellows it out. Absolutely a must try recipe. ""

I liked how the sauce tasted, but there was a problem with the sauce being a bit thin. I'd recommend either cutting back on the chicken broth or having tomato paste on hand to thicken up the sauce, if need be. That being said, it was a good recipe and I suggest that you give it a try!
