Loved this recipe and I hate to critique a such a great chef...but I would like to add a few notes:

1. Someone here said to soak the peas first - DO NOT!! Cooking/Simmering beans/peas for an hour during the recipe already makes them if you soak them will turn your peas to mush! Too bad this is missing from recipe...

Perfectly simple! I was in a hurry and was worried that I might have needed more time to marinade this...but you don't! You can still taste the fish and the seasoning just accentuates the flavor...I added a small foil pouch with some applewood chips to my gas grill for some more added flavor. I was looking for a healthy, flavorful shrimp recipe...THIS IS IT! I followed the recipe to the T" except for the diced tomatoes...I only had (and used) a can of diced tomatoes w/ green chiles! I gotta tell ya...I couldnt believe how good and how simple this was to make! The flavor was awesome and just the right amount of heat. Leftovers the next...
