"Excellent recipe! Cut the cooking time in half by setting slow cooker on high instead of low. Worked out great and didn't have to wait an entire day to eat it! Used Chuck Roast instead of Flank and it came out PERFECT...so moist, tender, and flavorful with plenty of sauce to go over my homemade mashed potatoes! Husband and daughter LOVED IT! Defin"
