"This was such a delicious and filling way to start your morning! I altered it just a little bit by using the fruit I had in the house to give me more fruit. I also halved it as I was the only one drinking it. I used fresh raspberries, and frozen blueberries, and 1 small banana and added about 1/2 TBSP of flax seeds. I actually forgot to add the vanilla but I am sure will be just as tasty with it.

"These were fantastic!! I used Red wine as that is what I had at the house already. The leftover I put in Red Beans and Rice the next day! YUMMO. I used spicy Italian Sausage.
