"Really delicious! This was very easy. Anyone who knows much about baking knows you get better results by measuring by weight, so that should not be a major set back to making these cookies. They are buttery and have a definite ginger kick. I added more crystalized ginger. I can see why Alton is addicted! I am, too!""
