Reviewed Roasted Edamame Salad

“This is really, really good. I think I could eat this stuff every day. Would be great on top of a green salad, too.
The only change I made was I used a good quality balsamic vinegar in place of the red wine......just because I thought it would better suit my tastes.......and I didn't have freah basil so I rehydrated a little dried...”
