About Me
I've gone from city girl to living on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and raising cattle. My constants are books and food. A life-long bibliophile, I now work as a library clerk. My passion for cooking continues and being around so many great Texas cooks nurtures that avocation.
Favorite Foods
My kids expect me to grill something whenever they come to visit but I am best known for my Seafood Gumbo. I am half Cajun, half Lebanese, and all Texan. I love to go out for great Tex/Mex or seafood. However, now that we are land-locked, I have to provide the latter.Advertisement
