"Excellent base recipe. I substituted 75% reduced sugar Heinz for reg ketchup & Splenda for sugar and less of it. I stretched the recipe by adding celery, red peppers, mushrooms & chunks of pineapple. Also had pork the night before so subbed chicken, which was excellent. Thinking about using it on ribs. Oh, and Wasabi adds a great punch of flavor t"
