About Me
i'm interested in bread. bread and politics. thats about it. the more difficult the bread recipe the more obessive i get about mastering it. there's nothing quite like taking the simplest and most modest of ingrediants, and investing your time, knowledge and experience into them and having the result turn out beautiful and delicious.
i'm also trying to master the art of persian cuisine and sushi. :)
Favorite Foods
my fav dish to cook is..well.. bread of course. sourdoughs in particular.i'm famous for my bbq ribs, probably just because i take them to any potluck that i go to.
my fav restraunt is Thai Orchid in Columbus..if you live or are visiting the area you HAVE to get the pad thai.. it's the best ever. :)
