My Activity

Reviewed Asian Mushroom Soup

"My Japanese husband LOVES this soup! I use all sorts of greens for this recipe, not necessarily cabbage. As long as you get the base for the soup in right, you can use any green or mushroom. Add noodles and/or tofu. Yumm!"

Reviewed Whole Wheat Pastry Dough

"I have made this recipe several times and it's awesome! I love it. Turns out perfect! May not be super light and fluffy but works well. Nice nutty flavor! Highly recommend!"

Reviewed Asian-Style 3 Bean Salad

"I loved this recipe! Both my toddlers loved it too. I added more apricot preserves to ensure my little girls would eat it and they loved it! Yum!"

Reviewed Buccatini with Italian Tuna and Calamata Olives

"I looked up this recipe looking for a new use for canned tuna and tried this. It was super easy to make and we all loved it! Even my 1 year old & 2 1/2 year old loved it! I didn't have tuna packed in olive oil so I used water packed, drained it and soaked in olive oil for 5 minutes after I loosened with a fork. I also doubled the tomato paste to give it more tomato flavor. Awesome, easy recipe and very kid friendly!

.... Two days later.... this pasta dish is very good cold. My 1 year old loves it! I'm glad I added the extra tomato paste. Yum!
