About Me
My eyes is always hungry than my stomach. I grew up with family members cooking and some owned their catering businesses. I love to entertain and share my food for your thoughts. My mom and sisters inspire me to cook better
Favorite Foods
I love most desserts. My outmost favorite is my mom's chiffon cake. It's so light and fluffy and you can use a lot of flavor like orange soda or coffee. I must've been mexican in my other life because I'm starting to like pozole and tamales. The only thing I can't stand is the mexican menudo (no tripe for me). I'm lovin restaurants that changes their menu every three weeks and uses fresh ingredients and proportioned meals such as the Rivoli Restaurant located in Albany, CA. Who knew that if you don't have a to go bag, it will fill your tummy!
