Retired Native Angelino who is exploring different methods of cooking and different styles of cooking. I live in the oldest "suburb"
of L.A.which is now a designated, historic-Victorian neighborhood located near downtown. Having grown up in this area, I was exposed to French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Mexican food, very early in life.
