"This is a delicious sandwich! We added a balsamic vinegarette (from Giada's grilled veggie recipe) as we love it on eggplant and drizzled it on the fresh mozzarella cheese. Will definitely make again! Thanks Bobby! On a side note we tried two ways with grilled ciabatta and without grilling the ciabatta. Grilled is the way to go!"
