Reviewed orange glazed ham with baby carrots

Need advise on cooking this ham for Christmas. Did the reviewers go by the video or by the printed recipe which are quite different; i.e., glaze before baking or two hours in - cook for a total of 1.5 hrs or 3.5 hrs?? My rating is based on prior reviews. THANKS

No offense to Bob'sgirl but people in MS often make the mistake of thinking they know LA food. Etoufee is butter based and does not have a roux as does Shrimp Creole, Gumbo and many other Creole dishes. This is a lovely and very traditional Etoufee recipe which I would recommend.
