I have a young son who loves this so I'm happy that he's getting a lot of good nutrition from this recipe! My husband also loves it so my only recommendation is to double the recipe so you have some leftovers. The recipe "as is" will be gone in one evening!"

I thought this soup was delicious! I was surprised at the fat in ground pork so I made this with ground chicken - also omitted the parmesan rind. It is a hit at our house!!"

We loved this recipe so much that we ate it for lunch and dinner :-). I could not find frozen clams so used canned - turned out well. I also used 1/2 and 1/2 rather than heavy cream. This is a new family fave!!""
