"The eggplant was great! Very tasty; now to make the meal much healthier for my family we did GRILLED SALMON, the combo of the salmon and the eggplant was amazing!

Why bother with that much unhealthy red meat and artery clogging beef when you can do this dish with salmon and have a really healthful and flavorful meal! I really rec'd it! Cheers!"

"Truly lovely IF--*whatever* you do--use lobster stock or veggie stock--had so many guests/clients decline for ethical reasons cause of veal stock; and then side by side taste tests all of us agreed the lobster stock/veggie stock tasted MUCH better!"
