Reviewed Bistecca alla Florentine with Balsamic-Rosemary Steak Sauce and Grilled Treviso with Gorgonzola
"I actually just made the steak sauce, so I can't comment on the main parts of the recipe, but the steak sauce was ridiculously awesome. Smokey balsamic, sweetness from the roasted bell peppers, and a zing from the horseradish and Worcestershire. It was delicious on the steaks I made and it seems like it would go pretty well on just about anything. "
