Reviewed Mexican White Rice with Fried Plantains
"My man loves lots of flavor in his food so he isn't too fond of white rice, but when I made this recipe he loved it!!! He was even disappointed that I ate the serrano before he did haha! I promised him I would make it again though and save him the pepper :) thank you for the great recipe!"
