About Me
I learned to cook after college and it was mostly from watching others and the food channel. I fell in love with all the different tastes and ways to do things with food that I started copying many chefs from the food channel 5 or 6 years ago. I also use to watch PBS on Saturdays to learn how things are done and get ideas.
Now... I have a husband and 2 boys who seem to enjoy my cooking quite a bit. I love to try new things at restaurants or other peoples recipes but then come home and make them my own way and to our own tastes.
I just enjoy cooking anything! But I don't like to bake.
Favorite Foods
I have a very large range of foods I love and have a broad taste pallet so it's hard to narrow it down to any one things specifically.
I do tend to favor Italian and Chinese flavors the most.
Love anything Giada De Laurentis makes!!
