My "go to" pie crust for EVERYTHING. This recipe allows you to tweak and make the pie as rustic as you want. Freeze the dough and use whenever ripened fruit needs to be used up. If you love lemon, or want a crust that has an extra kick (as you can use any "kick" you want thanks to Jamie's relaxed approach ;)) you will def love this recipe. Love J"
