Reviewed Buffalo Wings
"Thank you so much Alton!
My husband has been searching for the perfect way to make wings at home for 15 years, now we search no more!
Great flavor, Great crunch, and still has meat! Absolutely love it! Clearly "the best wings ever!"

Reviewed Sweet Potato and Celery Root Fries
"Great recipe - loved the celery root - and the incorporation of a new way to do veggies for my loved ones!. I also added some new spices to my collection. The fries were a little burnt looking yet were not crispy."
Reviewed Sauteed Shrimp Cocktail
"If you are even a little hesitant to try this - don't test it before you've mix it all together and paired it with the shrimp.
My husband does not care for yogurt so this was a "surprise ingredient" only to be revealed after you have tried it! He loved it. I must admit, as I was preparing it, I was thinking there is no way I am going to pull this off - and taste tests from the spoon left something to be desired - DON'T BE MISLEAD! THIS IS FANTASTIC!
Made two different revisions - one with fat-free yogurt and the other not. Would suggest NOT using the fat-free, took something away from the recipe! ~Thank you Giada"
Reviewed Curry Pork Burgers with Spicy Ketchup
"Wow! HOT! I prepared the Curry pork burgers with spicy ketchup just as the show suggested - with the sweet potato & celery roots fries (great combination!). The burger was yummy and a little kick - add the spicy ketchup made it extremely hot...almost uneatable! Will adjust the spicy ketchup application sent time - and yes there will be a next time! Thank you Sunny!

About Me
I dig dirt - not the kitchen. Hard to get my husband out long enough even if I did! In 2002 picked one recipe out; pork with simmered fresh cranberries... I haven't stopped since! Now I grow what I eat and I enjoy going out into my yeard picking my thyme and returning to my kitchen for some of the best ingredients for some of the best recipes! Thank you Food Network! P.S. I love love love Bobby, Anna and Sunny - some of my special favorite chefs!
