"I wish I had a photo of everyone's face after their first bite to show you how wonderful this recipe is. I loved it. Thought that 32 oz of marscarpone was a lot at first. But I am telling you its worth every bit of cheese. If you do not like a strong brandy flavor cut it in 1/2. Me, I prefer it. My boyfriend did not. That was ok. All the more for me. LOL.
Reviewed Lasagna Bolognese
"This was hands down the best lasagna recipe that I have made. Worth the time and love that I put into it for my valentine. I made the sauces for this a day ahead. Then on Saturday I reheated the bolognese and bechamel and assembled with Barrilla's no boil noodles. It came out beautifully.
Love to cook, am alway in search of a new dish to cook for family and friends.
