Absolutely fabulous! I had never used a brine before, and am I ever glad that I did. I also decided to cook the turkey in an electric roaster instead of the oven and it cooked WAY too fast (a good lesson learned about a roaster versus the oven) and I was sure the turkey would be dry and inedible.
