Reviewed Basic Food Processor Mayonnaise
"It worked great with the real egg. I tried the Egg Beater version (yes, minus the lemon juice) and it didn't ..."
Reviewed Homemade Marshmallows
"Works beautifully. Fluffy and spongy where store-bought now seems dry and crusty. You can make them with a hand mixer. Be sure to have at least a 4 qt bowl since the mix will fluff up. Also change diapers, grab kids a snack, etc.before the syrup gets to the right temperature..because you will be a prisoner of the mixer for a full 12 to 15 minutes. I also replaced the corn syrup with 1 c of sugar syrup. (2 c sugar, 3/4 c water, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar simmered like the marshmallow directions. 3 min covered and then uncovered until softball stage)
Food enthusiast with an unfortunate intolerance to all grains and cereals except rice. Did you know corn is in just about all procesed foods?
