Reviewed Homemade Marshmallows

"Works beautifully. Fluffy and spongy where store-bought now seems dry and crusty. You can make them with a hand mixer. Be sure to have at least a 4 qt bowl since the mix will fluff up. Also change diapers, grab kids a snack, etc.before the syrup gets to the right temperature..because you will be a prisoner of the mixer for a full 12 to 15 minutes. I also replaced the corn syrup with 1 c of sugar syrup. (2 c sugar, 3/4 c water, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar simmered like the marshmallow directions. 3 min covered and then uncovered until softball stage)
