This is DELICIOUS and so easy! I do double the sauce, especially if serving over pasta. Also added a tbsp of cream and, when cooking the chicken in waves, I find it's better to use vegetable oil because it doesn't burn. Other than that it's AMAZING! My mother is an amazing cook - I mean constantly churning out great food...I made this for my paren"
