I am an environmental engineer and currently a culinary student at St. Philip's College. I love food and wine of all kinds and travel the world experiencing food and cultures. I cook because I love it and experiment with several new recipes every week.
Easier to say what I do not like - liver and tripe are the only things. May not be crazy about raccoon or squirrel but have never eaten it so can't say for sure.
