Simply amazing! I used Copper River Salmon, and cooked it on our grill pan. This recipe was so simple and used ingredients I already had. Served it with rice, roasted broccoli, and a simple salad with our favorite sesame miso dressing. My boyfriend is a hesitant fish eater and he LOVED every bite of it. This was so fantastic! The night before I made this, I made the Perfect Roast Chicken from this site and wanted a good soup recipe to use the left over meat and carcass. The only thing I did differently was instead of the fryer chicken, I removed as much of the meat from the bones as I could, then boiled the chicken carcass with all the ingredients....
