I made it gluten-free and it was SOOOOO Good! I replaced the self-risng flour with gluten-free flour and a bit of baking powder. I also omitted the hot sauce for my kids' sake....but it turned out as well as I could hope! PS--I don't think you're supposed to use the whole 1 cup of salt in one batch...the House Recipe is for keeping in your cupbo...
