"Such an easy recipe for a rainy day. The next day i add a little bit of water to it before i reheated it. i paired the soup with tomato and mozzerella grilled cheese on sourdough bread.

"So GOOD! follow the recipe to a tee and you will be fine. Make sure you secure the spring pan really good with the foil cause water sometimes gets in from the water bath and makes the crust soggy.

"i made this gravy for thanksgiving and it was the best gravy i have ever had. i added about a half a cup of turky drippings and a tablespoon of white wine in addition to the brandy. it was full of flavor.

"Sooo delicious. I doubled the sauce and used 3 cups of asiago and 1 cup of parmesan and used spicy italian sausage instead of pancetta...its easier to find in grocery stores. This is a hit every time!
