Loved the fact that this recipe used less flour, sugar and butter than all others I've tried in the past, but the final result was still moist and very delicious! I made 2 changes: Instead of 1 cup sugar, I used 1/2 c. sugar + 1/2 c. dark brown sugar. I also used 4 very ripe bananas (but they were all fairly small). Instead of using one 9x3 loaf"
