Nov 9, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I'm about to make these for the second time, we enjoyed the first (double) batch so much! None of us are big on white chocolate or raisins, so I just eliminated both those ingredients and increased the chocolate chips accordingly. Perfect!"

It was delicious...fatwise there was nothing lacking at all and considering I made a double batch, that"

Reviewed Grilled Romaine With Blue Cheese-Bacon Vinaigrette

Jul 17, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I decided to make this because I was looking for interesting new ways to do vegetables, and I would NEVER have thought to grill lettuce. The thought of doing that was weird enough that I had to give it a go. WOW! The slight char on the romaine makes it so flavourful, and the vinaigrette with bacon/onion and blue cheese finish it beautifully. M"
