My Activity

Reviewed Whole-Wheat Spaghetti with Lemon, Basil, and Salmon

"Like the other reviewers, this was very easy, quick and rather refreshing in taste. A good hearty meal for a warm temperature day. After plating the food, I felt like it could use some red for color and so in the future, I may have to add tomatoes as others have suggested. I also used frozen salmon and seasoned the fish with "essence", aka - ba"

Reviewed Chicken, Mushroom and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

"Everybody LOVED it, but something about it didn't wow me! I haven't decided whether or not I'll try it again. I doubled the recipe; making two. Ate one immediately and froze the other for a few weeks later. I don't think I liked the no boil lasagna noodles. When cutting servings, it didn't "look" like layered lasagna and more like just a lump"

Reviewed Barbeque Meatloaf

"I was a little leary about adding so many onions, but I think this vegetable is actually what made the meat so moist. Aside from the moisture, nothing to write home about on the meat. In fact, it seems as though I may have needed to add another egg and maybe even a little more of the bread crumbs to keep it from crumbling. Now, the sauce on the "

Reviewed Spinach and Bacon Quiche

"I made this last night and it was very easy and looked spectacular! I haven't tasted it yet, however! I happened to have some fresh spinach that I needed to use before it spoiled. I actually doubled the ingredients to make two and used a bit of mozzarella that I also had in the refrigerator in need of being used. I didn't have much heavy cream"

Reviewed Aunt Peggy's Sweet Potato Souffle

"Cut the sugar?! Are you serious!! It's the holiday's folks. While I don't suggest eating like this daily, this one ranks as high as the "red" Kool Aid in the refrigerator!!! Gotta have it! It was easy and the hit of our Easter menu. It will certainly show up again on our dinner table!"

Reviewed Broccoli Casserole

"This has been a family favorite for at least 30 years and it didn't fail for Easter dinner! I couldn't believe Paula makes it the same exact way, except we add minced onions. I'm not a measurer, while cooking, so just throw some in and stop when you think you've added enough! I've also made it with herb flavored croutons that I've crushed and s""
