Reviewed Banana Nut Muffins

I didn't have any pecans but made these anyway ( TYLER...Love your style ) and they were so good. They had a good crumb and did not fall apart when you bite into them. I have always had a problem with banana muffins being slighltly gooey inside. I think that mixing of the brown sugar and eggs just did the trick. The batter was very light and fluffy...
