Reviewed Warm French Lentils
"The lentils were great! I served this with her Panko Salmon and what a delicious and light meal. I did not add the clove to the onion since I don't like the taste of cloves. I substituted 1/2 of a whole nutmeg and threw that in to cook with the lentils which gave it just a hint of nutmeg. I agree with the other reviewers, 1 tbsp. of salt seems""

Reviewed Peanut Butter Granola Bars
"These bars are really good but they definitely are more like a cookie vs. a granola bar. I added 1/2 c of dried cranberries. Next time, I will cut the butter by half as I think you would still come out with an amazing bar with a whole lot less fat and calories. I didn't end up with a crumbly product at all, in fact, they were very moist. I coo"

Reviewed Watermelon Mojitos
"Tried this over the weekend. Once the watermelon was processed, we decided it definitely needed to be strained into the pitcher. We added the mint to the processor with the watermelon instead of muddling it into the pitcher. Used 1/2 the simple syrup and used fresh limes. Very good, refreshing and light. Next time will try to make it with dar"
Reviewed Homemade Ricotta
"I was making Ina's Turkey Lasagna and decided to make the Homemade Ricotta with it. BEST Lasagna I've EVER made. It was extremely flavorful yet light. Sometime ricotta can have a gritty texture but this one was very smooth and YUMMY! The best part is that it was so easy to make. I made it first and then while it drained made the rest of the lasagna. I will NEVER use store bought ricotta cheese again. I made another batch and will be using it for Giada's Ricotta Cappuccino tonight. I can't wait to try that....
Reviewed Chicken Cordon Bleu
"My husband and I had left over pounded chicken from another recipe and I remembered this one so thought we would try it. To add a little flavor, I added whole grain dijon mustard. The results were AWESOME.
Reviewed Grilled Cheese
"My favorite grilled cheese sandwich EVER! I usually make this version when craving a grilled cheese but I must admit, I made 1 small change and use prosciutto instead of bacon but it's really good either way. One night I had a couple of friends over and did an unexpected dinner with this recipe and one couldn't believe how simple and delicious it was; she really liked the mustard in it. I would recommend cooking the apples a bit before if you prefer them softer since they don't really get soft.
