Reviewed hot browns with pimento cheese mornay

Sep 3, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Rich, Cheesy & Tasty! Made with Rotisserie Chicken to make this a little easier/quicker. Also, used 2 c. 1% milk and 1/2 c. cream cause that's what I had and the cheese sauce was amazing (could have used all 1% milk and it would still have been rich and creamy). Loved the addition of the tomatoes and this was the perfect amount of bacon to...

This salad and dressing is absolutely amazing! Left out the anchovies and it was delicious. It is wonderful simply drizzled over sliced, homegrown tomatoes; we even put it on BLTs in place of the mayo and they were to die for. This is summer in a dressing for sure! Can definitely use fat free or low fat mayo and sour cream and you will still love...

Simple and fresh, but full of flavor! I used tomatoes fresh from my garden and just diced them to the size of half of a cherry tomato. Only let sit for about 2 hours before mixing with the pasta. Delicious!

Reviewed chicken with herbed goat cheese

Aug 26, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Easy, juicy and full of flavor. Loved the creamy goat cheese! Next time will use twice the basil and will spread cheese out a little more so it covers more of the chicken. I used bone in, skin on chicken breasts, baked 40 minutes and then put under broiler for about 4 minutes... Worked great.

Amazing sauce, moist chicken! Made per the recipe but used bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts. Baked at 400 degrees for 40 min, and the breasts were moist, nicely browned and delicious. Served with whole wheat thin spaghetti and baby broccoli. Would also be wonderful served with brown rice...anything to soak up that amazing sauce! Make sure to use...

Made per recipe except only did 6 layers using ingredients listed. I used 6 very large potatoes... The ones that you would buy to make baked potatoes. I used all of the cream less about 1/4 cup, baked for 45 min with foil and 40 without... checking center of potatoes with paring knife for doneness, let sit on counter for 10 minutes and it was perfect....

Very easy to double the recipe... Served 6. I added a little more lime juice, wine and olive oil to make a bit more sauce. Served with brown rice and it was very good. Quick and easy to finish at the last minute if you prep everything earlier... Makes it a snap to make if you have dinner guests.

Absolutely delicious! I have made this several times... for dinner parties (great to make ahead and assemble just before dessert) and my kids have requested for their birthday "cakes". Even though I know there is whipped cream in this dessert, it is so light tasting... the perfect end to any special dinner!! I have never had problems w/ the meringue...

Mar 13, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Healthy and filling. Easy and quick to prepare. Love the lemon, basil and olive oil with the pasta. Only suggestion is to serve with additional lemon wedges and squeeze over salmon before eating. Adds a nice burst of freshness. Would also be nice with any mild fish.

Mar 11, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Loved these! I made filling per recipe and used to fill 8 four ounce center cut pork chops. Perfect amount of filling for me.... Not spilling out, but enough to get some filling in every bite. Only takes a few minutes per side if you use four ounce chops. Prepped early in day and my cook time at dinner time was a snap. Thx Giada.

Didn't care for this dish... Didn't like flavor and seemed a bit greasy. Should have cooked bacon until slightly crisp since once added veggies, it remained soft. Family ate it, but none of us want it again.

Great flavor. Loved all the veggies. Seemed like a lot of sausage for the amount of pasta and was a little dry. Maybe save some of the pasta water to add at the end. Family enjoyed though, but not sure I will make again.

Love many if Giada's recipes, but didn't care for this one. My family really like it though, but it just didn't do it for me. Easy and can make ahead to bake later in the day, but I personally didn't love the flavors or the bread crumb texture on top. It was cheesy/saucy on the inside, but thought the top was dry. I usually love lemon in any kind...

Bacon... Need I say more! Easy and delicious. Made as a side for Thanksgiving, and even family members who didn't like Brussels sprouts loved them. Prepped day before and finished steaming just before dinner to finish cooking, then combined the ingredients for an easy last minute side. Will definitely make these as a regular winter side dish.
