Reviewed Banana Bread

Made this yesterday with 3 medium sized bananas instead of 2, and a few more walnuts. Absolutely wonderful! But a big "caution;"this bread is more than done in 1 hour. Don't cook it longer or it will dry out."

I enjoyed these beans, but next time I'll use better pintos. I used organic pintos from Trader Joe's. They didn't taste or smell right and were stuck in the can like paste. I wouldn't recommend them.
