Easy to make. I add 1lb scallops to the 1lb shrimp. Used two cans of diced tomatoes (one fire roasted). For white wine I use pinot grigio. After watching Giada's video I didn't measure anything either but made it all to taste/look. It can be served with or without pasta. Everyone liked it."
