Great Recipe! I too have added to it. I cover the top with SLICED Almonds and let them kind of toast up while baking. (cant use too many) then put the dried onions on the last 10-15 minutes. Makes a great crust. Always serious compliments!
Also, plain or marbled chedder looks and tastes the same, why spend 6.99/lb for white.
