Great simple flavors - baked in oven for 15-20 min at 400 degrees instead of baking in pan on stove at first to make it easier and prevent dirtying another pan "

Chicken has a great spicy flavor to it! Made salsa salad but did not use pineapple or red onion since I do not care for those flavors...may add pineapple next time to tone down the spicy/smoky favor with chicken and polenta. Polenta has unusual combination of ingredients but definitely worth making to go along side with chicken and salsa on top"
