"Chicken has a great spicy flavor to it! Made salsa salad but did not use pineapple or red onion since I do not care for those flavors...may add pineapple next time to tone down the spicy/smoky favor with chicken and polenta. Polenta has unusual combination of ingredients but definitely worth making to go along side with chicken and salsa on top"
