"It reminded me a great deal of potato soup. However, it was too thin. Next time I would use ONE quart of broth. I even used the immersion blender, and it's just too thin. Wonderful flavor. Ree makes me smile:) "

Reviewed Chicken Florentine Pasta

"I brined the chicken as one reviewer suggested. That was a positive. Otherwise, it was as if these ingredients didn't marry very well. Also my dish turned out watery. It was not very eye appealing either. Love Ree but not this dish. Beef and snowpeas from this episode was phenomenal!!!"

"This was fabulous. The sauce is better than restaurant quality. One suggestion: Unless you REALLY love ginger,back off of the one tablespoon. It was a bit much. Use your imagination with veggies and make this your very own..... Love you Ree."

"absolutely the best mashed potatoes ever!!! I agree with everything Ree did except the butter. I would cut back to 1.5 sticks. When I put the butter on the top at the end, it had puddled when I took potatoes out of oven. I love preparing in advance except the baking part. Thank you Ree. Love your show!"

"I read many reviews. I am about to sum it up. Delicious. BUT you must cook the noodles separately, then add them. This keeps soup juice in the soup. Secondly, puree the vegetables from the stock and add to soup mixture. Do these two things and the soup is the absolute best ever. ""
