My Activity
Reviewed Cauliflower Soup
"It reminded me a great deal of potato soup. However, it was too thin. Next time I would use ONE quart of broth. I even used the immersion blender, and it's just too thin. Wonderful flavor. Ree makes me smile:) "
Reviewed Chicken Florentine Pasta
"I brined the chicken as one reviewer suggested. That was a positive. Otherwise, it was as if these ingredients didn't marry very well. Also my dish turned out watery. It was not very eye appealing either. Love Ree but not this dish. Beef and snowpeas from this episode was phenomenal!!!"
Reviewed Beef with Snow Peas
"This was fabulous. The sauce is better than restaurant quality. One suggestion: Unless you REALLY love ginger, back off of the one tablespoon. It was a bit much. Use your imagination with veggies and make this your very own..... Love you Ree."
Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini
"Would not make again. It turned out dry, and it was a great deal of work. Nothing a beginner cook should try. It was okay when it was hot out of oven. Did NOT reheat well.
"
Reviewed Creamy Mashed Potatoes
"absolutely the best mashed potatoes ever!!! I agree with everything Ree did except the butter. I would cut back to 1.5 sticks. When I put the butter on the top at the end, it had puddled when I took potatoes out of oven. I love preparing in advance except the baking part. Thank you Ree. Love your show!"
Reviewed Olive Cheese Bread
"absolutely the best pizza ever made at my home!!! I followed directions exactly first time. wonderful. Second time I added some leftover grilled hamburger. Perfection. Trust me, don't change a thing!!! So worth the calories. ""
Reviewed Chicken Noodle Soup
"I read many reviews. I am about to sum it up. Delicious. BUT you must cook the noodles separately, then add them. This keeps soup juice in the soup. Secondly, puree the vegetables from the stock and add to soup mixture. Do these two things and the soup is the absolute best ever. ""
Reviewed Warm Wild Rice Salad
"Only try this IF you have stand-by viniagrette to put on it. It has virtually no taste. I decided to put a lemon viniagrette on it and eat it cold. It turned out fine. But, as is, don't try it. Love the Neely's, but no on this recipe..."
