The key things making this yummy are bacon, chipotle and smoked mozzarella. (I knew it could not go wrong with those ingredients!) But, as a soup, it needed more for me. Didn't work for me. I cooked an additional 5 minutes, and still goopy. I used less sugar and still too sweet. And the amount was too little for the crust, so it was a thin pie (not attractive), yet a slice was too much for any of my family to eat since it was so heavy and sweet. Sorry, as I usually trust most of Paula's recipes - she is usually right...
