My Activity

Reviewed Paula's Fried Butter Balls

"You people are idiots. This is not a snack food it's a condiment. These are fantastic on baked potatoes!! Also good on steak, noodles, rice, eggs and toast. They are fun to make and are not ment to be eaten on a daily basis.

About Me

I love cooking and collect Cook Books and Cooking Magazines such as Taste of Home, Cooking Light and Kraft First Taste.

I'm a dispatcher for a call center and enjoy reading, watching movies and listening to music.  I play the clarinet, irish penny whistle and native american flute.

My cooking is inspired by the seasons.  Spring means asparagus, eggs and ham dishes.  Summer means salads and BBQ.  Fall is for soups and stews.  Winter is for lavish specialty foods and baking.

Favorite Foods

I love to cook comfort foods and my Lasagna is to die for!

My favorite restaurant is Red Lobster.

I can't live without Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, Halibut, Steak or Chocolate.

When it comes to food my favorite words are Rich, Creamy, Indulgent, Succulent and Decadent.
